At Copeland's, our dishes are made from scratch daily. Our Line Cooks are culinary professionals that work with some of the finest local ingredients.

Experience Requirements: 1 year experience preferred.

Skills Needed: Ability to follow detailed directions and recipes, maintain high pace and intensity throughout the shift. Knowledge of commonly used kitchen equipment and sanitation procedures.

Duties Performed: Maintain kitchen equipment, follow all recipes to company specifications and to the pars set by management, clean and store all equipment after use as well as the station area.
