The Global Consumer Engagement team within PV team builds product and technology solutions that drive activation and engagement of Prime Video customers across all our supported devices and growing global footprint. We obsess over finding effective, programmatic and scalable ways to reach customers via a broad portfolio of both in-app and out-of-app experiences, including push notifications, email, automatic ad placements, as well as a dedicated video-roll advertising channel. We increase our effectiveness by investing in leading edge machine learning techniques that learn about our customers' needs and match them with timely, relevant and personalized content recommendations. We seek visionary candidates to help define and own the roadmap and customer experiences that drive engagement with all the great content available on Prime Video and ultimately increase brand loyalty.

We are looking for a smart, highly-motivated, results-oriented Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join the Engagement Automation team to onboard, scale, optimize, measure, report, and automate engagement initiatives across multiple channels – email, push notifications, Amazon.com, in-app engagements, paid social, etc. The successful candidate will leverage excellent editorial skills, proven CMS and HTML experience, keen design savvy, and detailed eye for data to develop, launch, test, and report on engagement automation campaigns across all areas and customer lifecycle of PV marketing. The ability to manage multiple milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment—while keeping senior stakeholders updated on your progress—is critical to success in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

Developing and owning key performance metrics around customer acquisition and engagement initiatives.

Defining strategies, programs and features to drive acquisition and engagement goals, and working cross-functionally to deliver them.

Collaborating with UX, Product Management, Business Intelligence, Design, and Engineering to develop customer-obsessed product features and marketing strategies.

Presenting to senior leadership regularly on key business metrics, and progress to goals.

Obsessing over customers and how they engage with Prime Video, using both quantitative and qualitative analysis to understand customer behavior and develop actionable product or marketing strategies based on those insights.

Monitoring and analyzing campaign results across all marketing channels to understand the effectiveness of strategies and tactics for improving key engagement and retention metrics.

Devising, launching, testing and optimizing campaigns across the customer lifecycle and within multiple marketing channels including email, push notifications, and in-app messages.

Developing a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration.
