As a Senior Product Manager for Payments, you will own building the next generation of payment experiences that make it easy and secure for customers to make purchases on Amazon. Our goal is to enable global customers pay with ease from any device anywhere in the world using all relevant payment methods ranging from international credit cards, debit cards, to local, country specific payment methods including online bank transfers, and cash/ invoice-based payments. As one of the largest and most trusted e-commerce and digital content companies in the world, Amazon processes billions of secure on-line transactions in more than 70 currencies.

You will be responsible for defining and actively managing the payments customer experience, in partnership with Global Payments teams.

Key responsibilities include the following

1) Evaluate and improve the current payments experience which includes the site experience for paying, and cost-of-payments.

2) Determine country-specific payments requirements and build the product roadmap to address key customer needs. Manage prioritization and trade-offs for speed to market, performance and features.

3) Work with the global payments and tech teams to develop, build, and execute the payments roadmap, in alignment with the team's vision and strategy

4) Drive business operations for payments including stakeholder management, creating program goals and related metrics to track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve goals and objectives.

5) Innovate and build products that can delight Amazon's customers through delivering a consistent, low friction purchase and payment experience, while retaining our industry-leading low fraud rates, effectively removing payments related bottlenecks to digital business growth.
