Multiple Positions Available: Oversee the design, development, implementation and execution of enterprise scale processes and service delivery initiatives in order to build scale and efficiency for company's employees. Work globally with business owners, technology, and HR partners at all levels to understand strategy, requirements and timelines and map those to global HR and Payroll objectives. Interact with C-Suite Executives and leading various cross-functional teams to develop program plans encompassing ever changing set of projects and programs, secure resources, and drive to schedule. Develop and execute business strategies and decisions based on detailed data cost/benefit analysis of related financial and business data; manage project and programs from planning to completion by defining functional and technical requirements, specifications and solutions; coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and enhance and deploy new or existing features; and drive creation of quality & process change initiatives to meet and exceed business plans. Develop measurements in order to define progress, establish ongoing reporting requirements and key performance indicators for confirming return on investment. Coordinate multiple simultaneous cross-team and cross-disciplinary efforts from project and program inception to delivery. Own large scale initiatives by driving program deliverables, providing escalation management, managing project resources, and delivering regular communications to the project and program members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular status updates and periodic white paper analysis. Recognize and resolve issues and provide hands-on project guidance to ensure completion of assigned projects, as well as be responsible for all aspects of project and program management (including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation and planning, execution and delivery).
