Position Summary:

Trupanion is looking for an organized, efficient Recruiting Coordinator to join the People Operations Department. This person will be critical in helping to meet the recruiting needs for our rapidly growing company. Preference will be given to candidates who exhibit strong communication skills, are extremely process and detail oriented. Having previous HR/People Operations and high volume recruiting experience is a plus!

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Facilitating all Customer Care recruiting, including:

* Positing job openings on a variety of recruiting channels

* Screening candidates

* Organizing Open House events

* Coordinating interviews

* Making job offers

* Maintaining excellent communication with Contact Center Leadership

* Assist in screening candidates and coordinating interviews for other members on the Recruiting Team

* Develop and maintain community relationships with local recruiting partners

* Attend job fairs and other recruiting events

* Balance 20-30 open job positions at a time while maintaining excellent communication with hiring managers and candidates

* Coordinate People Operations meetings


Education, Registration & Certification:

* Must have exceptional work ethic, time management, and organizational skills

* Strong communication skills, written and verbal

* Extremely customer centric as HR is a service department

* Pro-active thinker with a proven ability to multi-task and problem solve

* Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines

* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

* Computer skills must include a solid understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook. The top candidate will be tech savvy and have the ability to quickly learn new systems

* Experience in a contact center is preferred!
