The Operations Technology Infrastructure team is looking for an analytical, driven leader to serve as a IT Deployment Manager, Worldwide for our rapidly growing global IT infrastructure needs. We are looking for a Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to provide leadership, coordination and management of PMO processes and functions for the Worldwide Fulfillment IT team.

One of our latest ventures in innovation is the creation of IT Deployment group. The primary objective of this group is to support the growth of worldwide IT by building a global and scalable platform that includes standard tools and processes. The objective of this role is to lead, develop and implement standardized tools and processes that set standards leading our PMO function. This role will also ensure project management standards are followed, gather project data and production of information for management review, provide a source of guidance and advice for project managers, and manage and facilitate the PMO process.

In addition to having previously led a previous PMO group, the ideal candidate should have strong IT Infrastructure skills, will be a creative and analytical leader ready to contribute non-traditional ideas that will automate and increase efficiency in the governance of large scale IT programs. They will interact at all levels, and must have an ability to write and generate detailed reports on all programs supporting senior leadership in communications with our internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

* Lead design and development of strategic PMO related processes

* · Work with program managers, business leaders and Executive team to drive critical business initiatives

* · Develop, implement and govern KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects

* · Establish and continually improve the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the organization's project delivery capability by providing leadership in best practices

* · Oversee the development, implementation, and training of program/project management tools and processes

* · Proven ability to build relationships and support cross-functional teams

* · Ability to work with and influence technical and non-technical cross functional team to produce results

* · Experience using PMI methodology to develop scope documents, project management plans, communication plans, project schedules, change management and risk and issue logs

* · Lead design and development of strategic PMO related processes to bring together Real Estate, Operations, Engineering, ACES, etc.

* · Develop, implement and govern KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects

* · Establish and continually improve the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the organization's project delivery capability by providing leadership in best practices

* · Gather and analyze data across business functions to establish Worldwide standards for project management status reporting and tracking

* · Support global project teams on as as-needed basis to improve our standard processes, provide project intervention and coaching, etc.
