Overview

Provides leadership, facilitates organizational change management and oversees development and execution of processes and procedures for overall IT Service Management including: Incident, Problem and Change Management, Asset Management and the CMDB, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. Responsible for Continuous Operations strategies and delivery in coordination with Infrastructure, Security and Application teams. Responsible for producing and reporting IT service availability and associated metrics. Responsible for IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning, architecture, development, maintenance and testing that will enable the effective restoration of business and technology in the event of a disruption.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience: - Bachelors degree in technical discipline or equivalent work experience. - At least (5) years experience working within Service Management constructs and leading process development. - Minimum of five (5) years experience in managing teams, program or administrative; preferably in healthcare. - At least two (2) years experience with Disaster Recovery efforts and using DR technologies. - Demonstrated experience in Business Continuity processes and Business Impact Analysis methodology. - Solid understanding of virtualization technologies for Windows Server, Linux, SAN and Network devices. - Solid understanding of Continuous Operations (COOP). - Experience working in collaboration with IT Operations and ITIL Service Management teams. - Experienced in negotiating and driving agreements in contracts and collaboration with legal reviewers. Required Credentials: N/A Preferred: - Certifications in ITIL Foundation, Business Continuity, FEMA (Emergency Management, ICS, HICS, WMD, CDP), Experienced in implementing Continuous Operations.
