Harborview Medical Center has an outstanding opportunity for a FULL-TIME (100%) HOSPITAL CENTRAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN 2. Under general supervision, the Hospital Central Services Technician II provides sterile instruments, equipment and supplies following prescribed procedures.


Receive, decontaminate, assemble, sterilize and store instruments, equipment and supplies according to prescribed procedures and techniques in the Central Processing Unit

Perform inventory and quality control functions, through both manual and computerized systems

Test and operate complex sterilizing equipment

Prepare chemical disinfectant solutionsREQUIREMENTS:High school graduation or GED equivalent


Two (2) years of experience as a Hospital Central Service Technician 1
