Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll be part of a small Accounting & Finance team responsible for corporate accounting, internal and external reporting, budgets, forecasts, and financial controls. Working with leaders from Real Estate and Business Operations, you'll take on interesting challenges while demonstrating your entrepreneurial drive and willingness to embrace ambiguity.

The Role

* Reconciliation of commission checks to settlement statement and to internal CRM.

* Preparation of daily deposits.

* Assist in filing and ensuring supporting documentation is complete and organized.

* Prepare and remit clients' refund checks.

* Other duties as assigned such as balancing team reconciliations, supporting Zendesk ticket management or providing cross team support.

Desired Skills & Experience

* One or more years of relevant work experience.

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related business field.

* Detail oriented, organized, analytical, and ability to prioritize and multi-task.

* Ability to work in a dynamic environment that is deadline driven and fast paced.

* Confident verbal and written communicator. Contributes needed input and feedback to co-workers and management.

* Ability to convey analytical concepts clearly to peers and management.

* High level of integrity in dealing with information of a sensitive nature.
