Position SummaryThe eRetail Manager will be responsible for accelerating Edgewell's (EPC) online sales across sites. Optimize, maintain, and update product details to EPC and retailer specific standards to help drive accelerated online sales across focal EPC customers – Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens and selected grocery. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop comprehensive search and other online marketing tactics to maximize brand exposure and drive consumer acquisition and retention.

Accountabilities•Identify opportunities to build and drive business to achieve sales and brand goals.

* Manage EPC's approved content and optimize the API feed from Salsify through the platforms to ensure smooth and continuous flow of content.

* Lead routine quality assurance efforts for branded features on retailer sites for accuracy of all product data/images, provide timely updates to new product launches, marketing, and special merchandising pages; ensure that brands' presence has products correctly and appropriately merchandised and presented.

* Work with the account teams to create and execute all promotional activities and merchandising strategies online to provide synergy to the brick and mortar plans.

* Develop an eRetailer calendar to communicate and monitor upcoming promotions.

* Lead and execute the set-up of new products with Base product content (includes images, titles and features and benefits), links to A+ syndicated content, a strategy on seeding reviews and monitoring customer specific ratings and reviews.

* Lead eRetail sampling programs, especially the seeding of reviews for new items, while incorporating the best practices of the CX team.

* Develop a monthly online scorecard to track results at key online retailers.

* Work with the EPC CX team to suggest partner site optimizations and improvements to team and brand partners.

* Partner with Sales Director to manage and strengthen relationships with the retailer, negotiating placements, brands' share of voice and building strategic partnerships.

* Provide strategic guidance around channel conflict, product packaging, operations, etc. to achieve company e-Commerce goals and objectives

* Monitor online customer, market and competitor activity.

* Oversee brand e-Commerce efforts with retailers to ensure effective product assortment, on-time launches, promotional calendars, pricing, and maximizing opportunities to drive incremental sales throughout the year.

* Create and report an on-line testing program for optimization of all on-line programs at our e-retail partners.

Required Skills and Experience•At least 3 years of customer service experience working directly with retailers.

* Strong knowledge of e-Commerce product flow and web store performance optimization.

* Proficient in account level e-Commerce tools (Google Analytics, Retail Link, Salsify, Profitero, etc)

Preferred Skills and Experience•Prior sales experience preferred.

* Strong commercial awareness.

* Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues to find a viable and workable solution.

* Familiarity with website metrics, data analysis, reporting tools, etc.

* Ability to build strong relationships and influence without direct authority.

* Self-motivated and goal-oriented; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and work effectively with other team members and various key stakeholders.

* Ability to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
