Job Summary

Provides legal compliance in the area of electronic surveillance for Sprint in a call center environment that runs 24 X 7 X 365. Provides services for the Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) hotline, which is utilized by law enforcement agencies regarding emergencies involving 911, exigent assistance and court ordered surveillance requests. Coordinates the receipt, processing, and response to legal demands received from law enforcement agencies for customer records, and surveillance requests. Analyzes law enforcement-generated court orders to determine completeness, assess validity, and determine the nature and scope of the request. Assists in the remote implementation and maintenance of court ordered electronic surveillance (i.e., wiretap, pen-register, and trap and trace), handset location tracking, as well as various customer requests through law enforcement. Provides the appropriate data for billing law enforcement the cost of providing services. May provide after-hours call screening to handle non-emergency call requests and management requests. The successful candidate will support compliance activity governed by the National Security Agreement which limits access privileges to U.S. citizens (without dual citizenship).

Basic Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required

* U.S. Citizenship (without dual citizenship)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous legal experience and/or a background in an "emergency response call center" environment preferred but not required

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
