Position Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Seattle, Washington

Position Responsibilities:

Define and build products, features, programs, and platforms that facilitate the customer journey from driving demand and adoption, creating unique customer experiences across all channels (online, offline, mobile, etc), and engaging with customers. Drive the strategy, vision, and roadmap, with a high degree of ownership over critical features and the customer experience. Evaluate industry innovations and technology platforms and translate strategic differentiators into detailed product requirements (business and technical). Drive complex cross-functional efforts end-to-end, working closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, international, and executive teams to deliver new products, features, and platforms. Demonstrate prowess in understanding and discussing architectural concepts, managing, and prioritizing trade-offs, product backlogs, and new opportunities with technical team members. Own identifying opportunities, proposing new strategies, analyzing impact, gaining global consensus, and managing the roll out of products, programs, and strategies proposed. Influence cross- functional teams to align to a long-term vision for Amazon, and work directly with senior executives to drive this vision. Implement A/B testing, define clear success criteria, analyze key metrics to measure attribution / performance and recommend way forward. Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience in engineering, product development, or project or program management in a technical industry. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1.) conducting data or statistical analysis and performing data mining utilizing tools such as, Excel, SQL, Tableau and/or related business intelligence tools; and (2.) Developing and driving strategic initiatives from design and implementation to optimization within a cross-functional environment.
