Responsibilities Include:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager I to join the AWS Infra Planning and Source team. This role will be focused on managing Ordering and Fulfillment of Spare parts and supply chain analysis in support of Data Center Operation and Regional Planning teams. This role will ensure correct PO placement and fulfillment of the parts which will enable reporting on overall spend and trends for Spares Program.

Key leadership traits required include the ability to influence and form strong partnerships with vendors, internal business stakeholders and operational excellence in managing multiple complex and competing priorities simultaneously.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of purchasing, from PR issuance through material receipt and payment support.
  • Develop efficient and accurate processes/metrics for monitoring and updating open POs to achieve on-time-delivery.
  • Manage Fulfillment of parts and drive day to day PR/PO and fulfillment related issues such as PO modifications for EOL, MOQ, etc.,
  • Flexible to accommodate working across different time zones, since the team is based in APAC and EMEA
  • Address day to day tactical and strategic supply chain issues
  • Collaborate with vendors to fulfill the spare parts and drive accountability by developing metrics and manage SLAs.
  • Engage with Business, Vendors and Internal stakeholders for Procurement and Fulfill the spares requirement
  • Analyze PO data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Key job responsibilities

Independently manage end to end Ordering and Fulfillment processes globally for ISCAP IPS Spares Ordering and Fulfillment team

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines, or 4+ additional years of related experience, in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Ordering, Fulfillment and/or Procurement Processes.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel or basic SQL skills.

Preffered Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently in different time zones, strong attention to detail and a passion for driving process improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
