This role will be pivotal to the delivery of global programs, products, and projects across a team of engineers, product, UX, and science professionals.

Key job responsibilities

As a Program Manager you will be a thought leader and collaborate with a team of Product Managers, Data Scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers, Software Development Engineers, and Data Engineers to develop, launch and scale our products and its features. You will drive multiple projects simultaneously, defining timelines and communicating on status, risks and process changes. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment, operating at all levels of the organization. You should be comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and relish the idea of solving hard problems.

A day in the life

Success in this role will include creating processes, mechanisms, and tools that shape the delivery of multiple technical projects across the organization. You will manage ambiguity and competing priorities while staying focused on short term and long-term goals. You will need to earn trust through regular communication with senior management and stakeholders on status, risks and change control. You will own defining, measuring and tracking metrics for project success. You will be resourceful and find creative solutions to complex technical and business challenges.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project, program, and/or product management responsible for cross-functional deliverables

3+ years project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or similar domain

This role can be based in Seattle, Nashville or at one of our regional office locations.

Preffered Qualifications

Experience building mechanisms from the ground up, including design of roadmaps to drive incremental progress towards long-term vision and goals ·

Experience in a client service or customer-facing role Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Strong analytical, process development and problem solving skills. ·

High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications

Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities · Experience demonstrating high judgment and working with confidential or highly sensitive subject matter

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive them to completion using project/program management tools

Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
