We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join our Project Management Practice.  Our client is migrating its ERP to Oracle Financials and in this role you will be the voice of the client and ensure the needs of the client are being met.  This includes working with the 3rd party vendor performing the migration and ensuring project objectives, and goals are being met.  This is a great opportunity to showcase your expertise, work on interesting projects, and have life-work balance.


  • Review and understand project documentation.  This includes design, implementation, client business processes, systems, analysis and metrics aimed at continuous improvement

  • Be responsible for translating the voice of the customer into actionable information that can be used to inform stakeholders, drive decision making, and business process improvements

  • Prepare and maintain project plans, charter, overviews, status reports, risk assessments, change requests and resource requirements

  • Provide project oversight over various resources (company, client and third-party resources) by providing leadership and work guidance across all phases of the project life cycle

  • Builds and fosters collaborative relationships across client organizations to perform consultative selling

  • Guide change management and manage client expectations

  • Recommend, and influence project direction and decisions in formal, tailored presentations to groups of key decision makers at the executive level



  • Expertise in full project life cycle (requirements, scoping, managing and delivering) service-oriented business process solutions and optimization

  • Experience with project metrics, including gathering, trend analysis, creation, and metrics reporting

  • MS SharePoint, Project, Visio and PowerPoint

  • Agile/Scrum development methodology

  • Experience in business systems analysis and support in multiple industries or functional areas

  • Ability to anticipate client needs, investigate the underlying causes and identify short, and long-term solutions

  • Enthusiastic, flexible yet results driven attitude



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • PMP or other project management certification preferred

  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is preferred

  • 5+ years of ERP implementation or migration project experience

  • Must have worked on 2+ Oracle Financials projects

  • Six Sigma training/certification preferred

  • 3+ years in consulting

  • 4+ years working experience as a Project Manager in a consulting environment

  • 3+ years working experience as a Program Manager
