What we're looking for:

Zipwhip is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support our growing team. This impactful role reports to the Director of Sales Operations. In this position, you will be working closely with departmental leads and partners to administer the system within business requirements. This role is full time, based in the Seattle office, and part of the Sales Operations team at Zipwhip.

We are thrilled to bring an attentive, agile Salesforce Administrator onto the team. You are driven to create systems to organize, scale, and measure data within an organization. You have a powerful sense of urgency when it comes to problem solving, a curiosity about data, and a real passion for efficiency and productivity.

What you'll do:

* Align with all teams on Salesforce needs and act as a resource to implement projects and run reports

* Work with cross functional department heads to ensure needs are being met both in process and reporting

* Regularly perform data cleansing and database de-duping

* Continuously monitor data quality to improve Salesforce hygiene

* Build and modify complex workflows and processes within Salesforce

* Calculate end of month commission and revenue reconciliation and conduct analysis

* Support integrated systems including but not limited to SalesLoft, DocuSign, LevelEleven, Conga, LeadSpace, CPQ, and Marketo

* Responsible for managing and editing Salesforce records and data

* Manage user roles, profiles, workflow rules, and dashboards

What you have:

* Salesforce Admin certification required

* 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce system administrator

* Strong confidence and history implementing Conga, Marketo, CPQ, SalesLoft, DocuSign, and LeadSpace

* Ability to handle multiple tasks at once with excellent time management and communication to internal stakeholders

* Ability to embrace new technology, applications, and solutions

* Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment as well as be as self-motivated teammate

* Unfazed by constant change
