Zipwhip is looking for a highly detailed, very engaging, Recruiting Coordinator to join our rapidly growing organization. Supporting our Talent Management team, your overall goal will be to provide a stellar experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Proactive and polished communication skills are essential and the ability to multitask with high efficiency! * Manage high volume and fluid job postings

* Complete candidate reference checks

* Draft highly engaging job descriptions

* Manage phone screens and interview scheduling across various teams and openings

* Maintaining our Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate data, workflow status, etc.

* Coordinate candidate travel

* Manage candidate pipeline

* Greet and tour candidates

* Act as a Zipwhip ambassador and exemplify Zipwhip's values to both internal and external stakeholders

* Ensure an overall fantastic candidate experience

* Source for entry level positions

* Assist in Office Management responsibilities when needed

* Coordinate with Zipwhip business partners to provide the best candidate experience possible

* Collaborate with HR and Talent Management on offers to candidates

* Assist with other recruiting activities as needed, which may include participating in Recruiting events and open houses


* Experience: You must have some prior administrative support experience in a Recruiting or Administrative role. You have mad scheduling skills...particularly when juggling multiple busy calendars.

* Organization: You are extremely organized when it comes to candidate pipeline, interview scheduling and communication. You obsessively manage your to-do list!

* Excellent Communicator: You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and are able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences and all levels of an organization. You maintain strict confidentiality as required.

* Detail-oriented: Your attention to detail is stellar and you are an organizational wizard.

* Fast-paced and flexible: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are not afraid of change. You are results-oriented and operate with a sense of urgency. You love juggling multiple priorities. When times get tough you can roll with it and can champion solutions.

* Technical: You are proficient with MSFT Office and ideally have worked in an ATS or HRIS.

* Team player: You have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team. You have a passion for helping people.
