We are seeking a Program Manager with deep knowledge of Office 365 to join our growing team.  The ideal candidate is someone with proven technical skills, backed with experience of successful delivery of services in complex and challenging environments. This is a full-time employment opportunity and offers a full set of benefits. This role reports to the Office 365 Practice Lead.  Travel within the Puget Sound area (Seattle, Redmond, Bellevue, etc.), is required. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Define and deliver on the customer’s road-map

  • Monitor progress of all work-streams, identifying risks and opportunities, keeping senior management informed

  • Collaborate with the technical teams to ensure business needs are translated into great solutions

  • Collaborate across teams and ensure that the right people with the right knowledge and expertise are involved for delivery

  • Gain commitment and manage issues and scheduling priorities until the dependency has been met

  • Manage budget and resourcing across all program work-streams

 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong working knowledge of O365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies 

  • Strong business acumen and awareness of business trends 

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, approaches, tools and phases of the project life-cycle 

  • Proven track record in adaptability, teamwork, problem solving, coaching, group process facilitation, influence, strategic thinking, planning, leadership and change management 

 

EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in roles focused in any of the following: change management, process management, systems/solution delivery, or business strategy 

  • 5+ years of experience as part of projects from requirements gathering and analysis, through deployment and testing through to transition and training  

  • 3+ years Program Management experience

  • Proven success supporting business change in small, mid-size and large organizations
