Program Manager, Kids+ Analysis and Decision Support
The Amazon Kids+ team is looking a program manager with a deep understanding of the full life-cycle of data generation and application. Amazon Kids+ is a children's content subscription with on-demand access to books, applications, videos, and more. We're looking for a leader to drive delivery of our business critical analyses, identify and remove technical blockers to performing analysis, and coordinate data and reporting requirements with high-leverage stages of the product development lifecycle.
As a program manager, you will work with product managers across the team to understand their launch timelines, on-board them to our analytical data pipelines using our best-practices for data typing and schema design, and ensure that all products launch with Day 1 availability to analyze our mostimportant product -- customer experience. You will help analysts to scope and manage the delivery of their work, helping them to hit milestones and navigate technical challenges in the production of recurring forecasts, predictive models, and operational metrics. Your backlog management and status update practices will have executive-level visibility and input, and the products and analyses you help ship will define the course of the team for years to come.

About the team
We are a multi-discipline (Data Engineering, Data Science, and Business Intelligence Engineering) analytics team serving a critical suite of child-directed products and a multimedia subscription. The work we do ranges from operational metrics to predictive modeling and causal inference.
· Experience launching data persistence and distribution products
· Experience in launching product telemetry
· Experience as a business analyst, business intelligence engineer, or similar
· Basic knowledge of SQL
