We are recruiting for the following position(s):

Full-Time position available for our Assisted Living Community in Seattle. This is a 32 hour a week position. We are looking for a dynamic, critical thinker with excellent clinical, and leadership skills and an interest in working with an ethnically diverse resident population. The successful applicant will work with all members of the interdisciplinary care team and must have good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), knowledge of State and Federal regulations as they apply to Assisted Living licensure/regulation is required.

Qualifications and or Experience:

  • LPN with WA State License
  • Previous long term experience preferred
  • Must have a basic understanding of managed health care and the mechanics of DSHS

Under the direction of the Resident Care Manager and the Wellness Coordinator, the successful applicant is responsible for ongoing resident assessments, providing excellent nursing care to facility residents, insuring that their health care needs are met; ensuring timely documentation and meeting resident care and other performance responsibilities in a timely manner. Successful applicant must be a proactive participant in care coordination and service delivery to facility residents.
