Manager, Product Manager Technical CRM, WWRO
AWS is seeking an extraordinary Product Management leader to run the team that builds, owns, and operates Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for AWS’s Professional Services, WWRO team.
We solve significant customer problems for the AWS ProServe WWRO team through full stack products with focus on user experience, automation, and analytics. We leverage the best-of-breed internal AWS and Amazon technologies and third-party technologies including Salesforce to deliver for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring and leading a team of product managers who are tasked with imagining, designing, and launching high performing, fluid applications that power many of the most important parts of AWS’s ProServe WWRO team. In this position you will partner with engineers, engineering managers, and other internal partners. A successful candidate will have an established background with strong technical ability, excellent delivery and execution skills, great communication skills and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
You should have deep expertise in product management to invent, communicate, and launch tools for large, fast-growing, and fast-moving teams of end users that serve AWS’s customers. You should have excellent business and interpersonal skills to be able to work with business owners to understand requirements, and technical owners to communicate needs. You should be an authority at defining, managing, and simplifying business processes and mechanisms to power large-scale teams. Above all you should be passionate about working with customers and solving problems.

· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and 7+ years industry experience
· Knowledge of professional product manage practices & best practices including defining personas, document requirements, creating product visions, and managing feature delivery and launch
· 3+ years experience leading Product Management teams or equivalent experience
· Working knowledge of software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent
· Advanced/Master's degree in or Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline
· Experience mentoring/training the product management community on complex issues
· Experience delivering large-scale projects, including using AWS technologies.
· Defining Product Roadmap/vision and planning execution with team
