We are looking for a creative, analytical Global Marketing Manager to manage the execution and growth of high impact and cutting edge Marketing channels to support Amazon Music's ad-supported Free tier. This role is responsible for ideating, managing, and executing on a channel growth and experimentation roadmap for our Audio Advertising channel, partnering across Amazon Music teams to grow the channel to support Amazon Music's Acquisition goals. You will own a global roadmap, working cross-functionality with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to optimize the channel through experimentation and analytical insights.

Position can be located in Los Angeles, Seattle, or San Francisco.

Responsibilities include:

· Manage end-to-end execution of the Audio marketing channel for Amazon Music’s ad-supported Free tier to promote Amazon Music features and benefits to customers

· Lead the global roadmap, including strategy and planning

· Flawlessly execute marketing tests, using A/B testing methodologies to optimize creative and targeting

· Manage performance metrics globally

· Use analytical insights to identify themes/insights to inform future strategy and product enhancements

· Partner with global teams to ensure best practices are implemented across all Amazon Music territories

· Develop tenets and guidelines for how content should be prioritized and promoted

· Lead brainstorms for new and creative growth strategies and content marketing opportunities

· Act as the global subject matter expert for Audio Advertising for Amazon Music

Basic Qualifications

· Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

· 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

· Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

· Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

· Comfort operating in an ambiguous and changing space

· Excellent attention to detail and organization; passion for improving processes and workflows

· Experience using automated solutions to streamline manual tasks

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong stakeholder management

Preffered Qualifications

· Experience with Audio advertising

· Familiarity with Tableau

· Experience within the media/entertainment industry and/or a subscription business
