The Americas Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement (SSOE) team is building the future of sales: a fully autonomous sales organization powered by AI. We operate with a startup mentality, build mechanisms that scale, and innovate solutions on behalf of our customers.

The Field Productivity and Readiness (FPR) team is responsible for supporting the rapidly growing Americas Enterprise Sales business. The FPR Lead (Sales Enablement) for US West will partner with Sales Leaders to ensure high productivity of our field sales force. Primarily focusing on New Hire Onboarding, continuous “Always-boarding” programs, and strategic productivity and effectiveness initiatives. The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of field enablement in a large organization with the ability to map field requirements and corporate resources into a comprehensive sales productivity and readiness plan.

Key job responsibilities

The FPR Lead will partner with US West Enterprise Sales LT to define and deliver transformative programs that help the field exceed their performance and growth/development goals. He/she will focus primarily on New Hire Onboarding, continuous “Always-boarding” programs, and strategic productivity and effectiveness initiatives. The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of field enablement in a large organization with the ability to map field requirements and corporate resources into a comprehensive sales productivity and readiness plan.

About the team

The Field Productivity & Readiness (FPR) GEO team’s mission is to improve the America's field competencies by delivering onboarding and always-boarding programs in alignment with strategic goals and priorities.

Basic Qualifications

· 10+ years of Sales and Sales Enablement experience in large organizations, with increasing influence and responsibility.

· Bachelor’s degree is required

Preffered Qualifications

· Experience in developing and managing competency models and learning paths for Sales roles.

· Knowledge of Cloud technology and AWS core services.

· Proven experience designing and implementing a Sales Methodology training

· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role

· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role

· Preferred location for the position is Seattle, but candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area will also be considered
