Exam Security Escalations PM, Certification

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Training & Certification team is seeking a Certification Escalations Program Manager. This PM will support exam security strategy for the team and respond to candidate escalations related to certification policy violations and other issues related to testing.
Successful candidates will have experience with case management, customer communications and service, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent writing and communication skills, and be a problem solver.
This role can be located near the following AWS offices Seattle, WA, Dallas, TX, Boston, MA, Arlington, VA, Denver, CO, Atlanta, GA, or Jersey City, NJ.
Key job responsibilities
- Communicates with certification candidates about exam policy non-compliance
- Makes policy and process recommendations to support the value of AWS Certification through secure exam delivery and administration
- Analyzes data to support security investigations
- Works across teams to identify and respond to copyright infringement
- Works across teams and vendors to manage implementation of security strategy
- Produces reports and presentations from AWS’s delivery tools
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, communication, and investigative/research skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%

· 2+ years of program management experience
· 2+ years of direct experience with customer communications
· 1+ years of advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., pivot tables, vLookup, macros)
· Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
•2+ years of experience in exam security
•2+ years of experience with test delivery vendors and modalities
•2+ years of familiarity with data forensics processes
•Experience working in a high-volume testing program
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $74,200 - $129,800/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
