Director of Client Services - Flight Operations

The Director of Client Services manages and trains the client service team at Private Jet Services Group to ensure all client commitments are fulfilled in accordance with budgetary and company guidelines. Ensures accurate coordination and timely confirmations of trip related logistics among all internal and external constituents. Serves as the main point of contact for PJS Jet Card clients and manages all elements of contracted trip coordination with clients.

Responsibilities include:

* Help design, implement and manage the jet card client experience at PJS.

* Maintain quality control processes for client messaging/interaction, client service new hire training and onboarding.

* Build rapport and manage the relationship with new and existing PJS clients.

* Perform coordination of services for contracted trips for clients, including communication with with operators and vendors, and coordination of catering arrangements, transportation, and other services as required for PJS clients.

* Trip reconciliation, invoicing, and trip folder management.

* Facilitate communication and assist with processing of paperwork between ground transportation companies, destination management companies, hotels, resorts, and clients

* Confirm airport procedures, including customs and immigration, and landing requirements.

* Create Trip-coordination, Client questionnaire, trip briefs, manifests, and all associated flight documentation.

* Coordinate with sales team as necessary for trip requirements and onboarding of new clients

* Work collaboratively with other members of the Flight Operations team to share and provide current information related to clients and trips, and perform daily flight review.

* Track client funds for Jet Card members

* Ability to generate referrals from clientbase as well as promote client retention

* Secure referrals from Jet Card clients

* Negotiate pricing with vendors.

Qualified candidates must five to ten years' experience in a client services leadership role within in aviation.

Preferred Background & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in aviation or related field.

* Demonstrated success in crafting and providing oversight to client care programs

* Impeccable verbal and written communication

* Superior attention to detail

* Professionalism and passion for client service.

* Ability to manage a varied list of demanding high-end clients.

* Proficient in Excel, Word, CRM software

* High degree of confidentiality and discretion

* Ability to act as an ambassador of the PJS brand to help grow company culture.
