We are currently searching for a talented Global Travel and Expense Administrator to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ.

The individual that gets the "gig" will have experience processing expense reports and maintaining Concur travel & expense software system. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing monthly employee expense reports, preparing travel & expense training materials, while providing outstanding employee support.

About the Job:

* Responsible for the review and processing of approximately 350 monthly employee expense reports, assuring employees are abiding by corporate policy

* Maintain T&E software system (Concur)

* Prepare T&E training materials for new employees

* When appropriate, conduct live training sessions for new employees or corporate expansions

* Assure employees are in compliance with T&E policy alerting Director of Accounting of exceptions

* Act as corporate credit card administrator ordering and terminating employee accounts as necessary

* Assure that Concur to SAP expense entries post correctly on a daily basis

* Verify employee profiles are accurate for expense reimbursement and travel arrangements within Concur

* Update Concur general ledger and cost center validation tables

* Keep abreast and inform employees of Concur monthly releases and upgrades

* Provide HR with updated information for internal web site T&E portal

* Write and disseminate regular Travel Tips advising employees of easier ways to prepare expense reports or arrange for travel

* Be the project lead on setting up new countries within Concur

* Write and run Concur reports as needed through Cognos

* Track and report monthly KPIs

* Prepare and disseminate annual 1099s and 1042s

* Review SAP vendor setups for accuracy and completeness

* Audit accounts payable SAP data entries for accuracy and completeness

* Ad hoc admin

What you need:

* Associate degree; with a Bachelor's degree preferred

* 5 or more years of experience with Concur (travel & expense software system)

* Accounting experience preferred

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to function as a strong team player

* Ability to ensure company policy and procedure
