Job Title: Leasing Consultant
Reports to: Leasing Manager
Job summary: The Leasing Agent provides vital support to the Leasing Manager by effectively exploring the market to identify opportunities to secure tenants. The primary duty of the Leasing Consultant is to rent apartment homes to prospective residents, greet the prospective residents and show available apartment homes that fit their needs, pointing out the positive aspects of living in a TLC Management community.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
v Answers outside phone calls and greets visitors.
v Proven working experience in sales or as a leasing consultant
v Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
v Basic personal computer skills, knowledge or Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized software use.
v Skill to convince prospective residents of the advantages of living at a community by sales closing methods. Customer-focused approach
v Exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to communicate using clear, professional language
v Availability to work weekends; Saturdays and Sundays are a must
v Ability to learn and comply with industry legal requirements, especially related to federal and local Fair Housing Laws.
v Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
