Specific Responsibilities:

* Ensures effective employee relations through coaching and development, employment decisions, employee issue and problem resolution.

* Assists in the management of department priorities.

* Daily cleaning and preventative maintenance on finish line equipment.

* Directs training of new and current employees as required.

* Verifies that employees are following Standard Operating Procedures.

* Advises Supervisor of staffing problems and recommends short-term solutions.

* Procures supplies for employees as required and maintains adequate supplies.

* Ensures department remains clean and orderly.

* Performs other duties as assigned.
