- Provide administrative support to various departments and teams.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is up to date.
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Act as the first point of contact for office visitors and manage incoming calls.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support daily operations.
- Coordinate and manage office maintenance tasks and liaise with service providers.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation as required.
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives as needed.
- Ensure a tidy and organized workspace, fostering a productive work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma is a must.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or administrative support required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel) and a willingness to learn new software tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
