My client is a Santa Cruz County family run retail store committed to supporting other local merchants, the community, and its customers.
They are adding an Office support professional with a focus on payroll and light accounting to join their team and support about 50 employees. Your primarily focus will payroll and accounting support (cutting checks, data entry)
You will own:
- Payroll full cycle to include reviewing time cards for accuracy and approval, entering time cards, processing through ADP for about 50 employees
- Light accounting cutting checks for A/P, data entry, running reports
What you bring to the organization:
- 3+ years related experience
- Detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to collaborate
- Strong communication skills
