Public Relations and Program Assistant

A reputable and stable company located in Santa Barbara is actively looking for a Public Relations and Program Assistant to join their team. This candidate would report to the VP of Marketing to perform administrative support and special projects that expand the membership and goals for the organization.

Additional responsibilities include:
•Assisting new customers with their welcome email, updates, packet, etc.
•Updating database with new customers information
•Creating and distributing updates to new customers
•Office maintenance and various administrative projects
•Answering phones, greeting walk ins, etc.

Requirements:
•Working knowledge of MS office Suite and comfortable navigating around databases
•High level of communication skills both verbal and written
•1+ years of administrative experience
•Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
•Preferred experience with PR or Hospitality industry
