JOB TITLE:

Customer Finance Cash App Analyst – TREX

REPORTS TO:

Customer Finance Manager / Cash App Manager

LOCATION:

Sanford, N. Carolina

Core Description:

Manages TRAM customer portfolio with focus on company profitability. Collects invoices in a timely fashion and manages customer claims in order to maximize DSO results.

Key Responsibilities:

* This role is split between the functions-

* AR Management – Monitor DSO for entire Portfolio

* Collection of invoices in a timely manner: collaboration with Sales and Customers

* Research all customer deductions and obtain supportive and / or additional documentation

* Run weekly queries to organize and prioritize the work week.

* Work on special projects and other assignments, as needed

* Apply cash receipts from bank file

* Reconcile cash receipts with open invoices

* Contact customers for all payment discrepancies issues.

Application Pre-Requisites:

* Minimum of two (2) years of college, including coursework in Accounting, Business Law and/or Finance or equivalent work experience

* Minimum of two (2) years of customer finance experience, A/R cash application, deduction management in a high volume, fast-paced environment (Manufacturing background preferred)

* SAP experience preferred

* Spanish fluency preferred

* Possess excellent computer skills, including experience with MS Excel and MS Word
