As a Front Desk Coordinator/Customer Service Rep, you are the first point of contact for all customers. We are looking for a positive self-starter who is eager to thrive in a dynamic environment, deeply passionate about providing high quality customer service, administrative support, and enjoys helping others. The ideal Front Desk Coordinator/Customer Service Rep is friendly, flexible, and loves taking initiative. REQUIREMENTS: - Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred - Excellent social skills and ability to collaborate effectively required - Experience with Microsoft office preferred
