Robert Half is seeking a Digital Customer Communications Manager to be responsible for the development, testing, set-up, deployment post-launch analysis of outbound marketing campaigns including email, push notifications and SMS. Previous mobile messaging or direct marketing experience required. Specific responsibilities include: Develop and execute email, push, SMS, and mobile marketing strategies and communications via lifecycle, transactional/triggered, and promotional campaigns. Create customer journey frameworks and programs to attract and retain customers across the entire journey. Identify and optimize customer segmentation and personalization strategies. Design and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to understand and enhance marketing effectiveness. Help identify, launch, and integrate new communication opportunities and channels into our marketing strategies. Maintain ongoing campaign calendar, outputs, and reporting. Analyze and compile campaign performance and test results to support benchmarking, program optimization, and innovation. Identify weaknesses and gaps in current processes and help develop solutions. Support cross-channel marketing campaigns and revenue goals. Identify industry trends and opportunities for innovation within the omnichannel marketing space. Be a customer advocate within Robert Half, ensuring the highest quality interactions with customers across all channels. What You Bring to the Table: Experience marketing mobile applications and designing customer journey frameworks. Ability to deal with ambiguity and a fast-paced changing environment. Well-organized, high attention to detail, deadline-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills that bridge technical and non-technical audiences. Enjoys working with others as part of a team. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience interpreting data with tools such as Domo, Google Analytics and Excel. Comfortable in proposing process improvements based on past work experience Strong desire to learn, matched with the ability to apply new concepts quickly and effectively. Ability to manage various requests from different teams, while meeting project deadlines and demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in email marketing. Experience working with mobile app push notifications or SMS. Analytical skills include strong knowledge in excel with sorting data and pivot tables.
