Support business development in account planning, management, and development of new and existing accounts. Analyze the sales environment including customer expectations, competitive environment, and customer’s technical environment, and define actions to be performed in the sales cycle time frame. Develop statements of understanding documentation for customer product evaluations and pilot projects (SoW). Prepare and deliver customer presentations and product demonstrations. Assist customers with the preparation of product rollouts, including network designs, traffic analysis, equipment lists, and estimated labor efforts required for implementation. Facilitate pre-sales to the post-sales transition of projects to the Aryaka Networks Customer Support Team. Work with Aryaka Networks Provisioning Services to create Customer Statement of Work documentation and responsibilities assigned to an implementation project. Resolve issues, troubleshoot at the design and proposal stage. Assist in the Technical response to RFIs/RFPs, includes creation of Bill of Materials (BOMs), diagrams, and technical compliance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in occupations involving solutions engineering/architect.
Education or experience to include:
(1) Microsoft Azure vWAN – Experience with designing the Network for application Performance with Azure vWAN; (2) AWS Transit Gateway – Experience with designing the Network for application Performance with Azure vWAN; (3) Lucid Charts - Experience with making large network diagrams; (4) Building Presentation videos with Camtasia; (5) VMware ESX, Linux, Redhat Operating Systems; (6) Loopio – RFP Tool and experience with building comprehensive WAN Network and Services response proposal.
