Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for coordinating, tracking and reporting on marketing programs to support overall BGIA sales revenue goals.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage and collaborate with key stakeholders to support campaign development and programs that are aligned with company and marketing goals.

* Manage tactical elements of the marketing program, which include email, social media, webinars, videos, events, content, collateral, website, and marketing automation.

* Successfully execute day‐to‐day operation of marketing technology.

* Manages others through influence to manage program projects.

* Documents the storyboard in collaboration with others and writes, edits, proofs and formats content.

* Responsible for sourcing, selecting, and managing lists and data used to support sales and marketing goals.

* Test and monitor programs to optimize performance based on industry best practices.

* Provides monthly reporting to management that includes recommendations to enhance future campaign performance.

* Recommend, document and implement processes to enhance marketing productivity.

* Engages customers to work on behalf of the Company to develop scientific marketing content that is aligned with the BGI value proposition in the form of webinars, app notes, testimonials.

* Skill in defining problems, collecting data and interpreting information.

* Eager to learn new technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required. Or equivalent experience supporting marketing programs in the life science space.

* 1-4 years hands-on B2B experience in marketing programs execution and measurement or events management.

* Ability to work with WYSIWYG editors using HTML such as Word press/Marketing Automation

* Hands-on, demonstrable experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms. (Marketo, Act-On, or similar) and CRM systems is required. Salesforce.com experience is a plus.

* Technology-savvy, with keen interest in emerging technologies and 'all things digital', including marketing automation, lead management strategies (lead scoring, lead nurturing, etc.), CRM systems and sales processes.

* Some travel may be required.
