Position Summary

RPX is seeking a professional and courteous individual to contribute to the success of the Administration team.

In this role, you will:

* Welcome and greet visitors to our offices

* Handle 100% coverage of the front desk, partner with the administrative team to ensure back-up

* Regulate the kitchen and equipment, ensuring they are kept tidy and stocked

* Maintain accurate inventory, place weekly orders for food and supplies, and distribute orders to the appropriate kitchens and supply rooms

* Answer incoming calls, greet and direct visitors in a cordial, professional, and timely manner

* Take accurate and complete messages for employees who are unavailable

* Learn to schedule meetings and conduct conference room reservations

* Assist in ordering and coordinating catering and set-up/clean-up rooms for meetings and special events

* Maintain common areas, reception area, and conference rooms

* Receive and distribute mail/packages

* Operate online visitor security system and schedule maintenance, as requested

* Provide client focused service and communication

About You

Education: High School Diploma or GED, continuing education a plus

Experience: 6 months to a year of training or experience working in a professional environment; on the job training will be provided

Technical Skills

* Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
