Over 100,000 developers use our product to power all kinds of applications that affect people’s lives and livelihoods. Rollbar is used by some of the best engineering teams in the world, including Twilio, Salesforce, Geico, Zendesk, JP Morgan Chase and Twitch. 

We are looking for an experienced Product Management leader to lead product strategy for our core products in a fast-growing category. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll be contributing to the company vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience leading product teams catering to developers and engineering leaders across startups and the enterprise. Prior experience creating and driving product roadmaps, increasing customer adoption, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams is a must.

You will:

  • Lead product strategy and contribute to company vision
  • Build a high-functioning product management organization at Rollbar
  • Get your hands dirty when the job requires
  • Foster a culture of ownership and responsibility within and across teams
  • Track market trends and dynamics to inform product decisions and strategy
  • Create frameworks and processes to understand customer needs and feedback to drive product decisions
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive customer acquisition, satisfaction, retention, and expansion
  • Recruit top talent to grow the product team

You have:

  • Proven product management leadership experience of 10+ years
  • Proven track record working with B2B SaaS products and a clear commitment to customer experience
  • Demonstrated excellence in the areas of customer insight, strategic thinking, and product innovation
  • Inherently collaborative nature. Ability to lead through effective presentation skills and partnership, enabling you to win the hearts and minds of your peers to successfully execute the product roadmap
  • A sense of urgency and ability to act quickly and decisively, possessing self-confidence to be assertive when taking a position, and not afraid to make decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
