University Recruiter

We’re looking for a University Recruiter who is passionate about creating a global world class university recruiting program that is engineered for diversity. Building and implementing recruiting strategies that will attract and retain exceptional early career talent must be your jam.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for New Grad and intern candidates across multiple roles and offices
  • Develop deep relationships with university groups, including faculty and student organizations
  • Design and implement school-specific and out of the box recruiting and brand enhancing strategies across various campuses
  • Organize and execute campus and in office recruiting events throughout the year
  • Build and iterate on our year-round internship program alongside teammates and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Act as a resource to interns from hire to full-time conversion
  • Build relationships and drive initiatives with internal stakeholders

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of full-cycle university recruiting experience, if no recruiting experience, relevant experience will be considered
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and positive team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Willingness to own other programs or ad-hoc projects, as needed
  • Ability to travel as needed, especially during peak seasons of the campus recruiting cycle

  • Experience building D&I initiatives a plus
