Use credit risk technology solutions in order to provide technology solutions to complex credit risk, capital issues and regulatory mandates including but not limited to credit origination and approval, portfolio management, rating systems, Basel, CCAR Banking Book, IFRS 9, CECL, and SCCL. Use treasury risk technology solutions to establish a strategic treasury risk architecture and framework that supports changing regulatory requirements enables the implementation of Liquidity Risk (including Intra-day), Funds Transfer Pricing, and Collateral Management solutions. Create trading and market risk technology solutions in order to streamline trading technology environments and implementing flexible and reliable risk platforms including front office based market risk and VAR platform strategy, stress testing analytics, PnL decomposition and regulatory mandates including but not limited to FRTB and CCAR Trading Book. Lead the development of cutting edge disruptive technologies and assist with building and implementing new technology solutions and products to address challenges faced by the banking industry. Help clients with executing controls related assessments across multiple risk and regulatory domains throughout the technology architecture. Liaise with clients to respond to new risks and regulatory developments with technology solutions. Provide full lifecycle technology services to enable the implementation of best practice risk management processes and systems. Demonstrate ability to manage, supervise and build an effective team of technology advisors through all phases of risk technology life cycle including requirements definition, controls implementation, and testing.

Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday â Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am â 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field and 8 years of work experience defining business and technical requirements (of which 5 years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience). Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field and 7 years of work experience defining business and technical requirements

Must have 7 years of experience in using technology to solve complex credit and market risk issues and regulatory mandates.

Must have 5 years of experience with any two of the following risk categories:

- Credit origination and approval and rating systems

- Portfolio management

- Market risk management

- Capital and Stress Testing including CCAR and Basel

- FRTB

- IFRS 9/CECL

Must have 7 years of experience in financial risk management

Must have 7 years of experience with banking book and trading book products

Must have 5 years of experience with at least 1 of the following vendor packages used in risk management including Blueprism, Pega, WorkFusion, Oracle, Axiom, SAS, IBM/Algorithmics, Sungard, Moodyâs, QRM, MarkIt, or Bloomberg

Must have 5 years of experience working through multiple phases of the technology life cycle, like requirements definition, controls implementation, and testing

Must have 5 years of hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following areas:

- Reconciliation & operational controls assessment and design

- Risk data quality / governance

- Attestation framework design and implementation

- Current state assessments and future state roadmaps

- Business and functional architecture blueprint

- Knowledge across multiple regulatory reports

- Previous experience supporting 2nd line and 3rd line of defense validation functions

- SQL/MSEXCEL/MSACCESS proficiency

- Big Data (HDFS)

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
