Technical Operations Manager

New Relic is looking for a Technical Operations Manager, to be a key member of our Customer Solutions Group (CSG) strategy and operations team, You will be tasked with ensuring systems and processes are aligned with our business needs and initiatives to allow us to scale and grow efficiently. This will include leading projects and initiatives focused on enabling technology to drive action, accountability and efficient execution across the CSG teams. This role will report to the Director of CSG Strategy and Operations.

You have a deep understanding of modern technology with hands-on experience managing CRM, LMS, or other business systems. You excel at collaborating across the team, and organization. You are a self-starter, who is adept at managing projects and building relationships with stakeholders. You are a listener with high emotional intelligence who connects the dots and sees solutions.

You are business-minded and passionate about the potential of building tools, systems, and process that enable the Customer Solutions Group to achieve a common goal.

Some of the things you will be responsible for:

* Working with our systems teams to align our systems with the strategic activities and direction of the group and organization

* Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to build support across teams for common initiatives and ensuring open consistent communication.

* Thoughtfully implementing and managing business systems owned by our group.

* Maintaining documentation for system processes and procedures

* Producing accurate and timely reporting of project/program status, risk, and accomplishments, throughout its life cycle.

* Representing the CSG's business systems requirements in key cross-departmental projects and initiatives.

The right candidate has many of the following:

* 7+ years relevant work experience preferably with a professional IT services company or SaaS software provider in Technical Sales, Professional Services, Support, or Customer Success

* Deep understanding of Salesforce and similar business tools

* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

* The ability to influence and set system requirements and architecture.

* Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across teams.

* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Experience successfully managing implementation and maintenance of business systems and projects to completion

* Strong ability to align business strategy with systems and processes

* Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high-growth, dynamic environment

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
