The Strategy team works directly with the C-Level leadership team to help drive critical strategic, operational, and business development initiatives. About the Role

The Strategy team works directly with the C-Level and VP leadership team to help drive critical strategic, operational, and business development initiatives. As a member of this dynamic and talented team, you will have the opportunity to tackle challenging business problems, drive change and innovation within the organization, and work alongside and learn from the exceptionally talented individuals and teams at Stitch Fix. This position will report to a Director of Strategy and aid in the development and execution of operationally intensive strategic initiatives at the company.

You're excited about this role because you will…

* Work closely with C-Level and VP leadership and other cross-functional partners to drive critical strategic, operational, and business development initiatives

* Lead most critical company initiatives from the strategic roadmap including new business and product launches, business model innovation, M&A, etc.

* Design and execute analyses to test business hypotheses

* Synthesize results of analysis into practical solutions and business strategies

* Communicate strategic recommendations and use influence to gain support from senior leadership and drive alignment within the organization

* Structure project work plans and develop roadmaps with cross-functional partners to support the execution and implementation of strategic recommendations

* Oversee implementation of recommendations driving accountability throughout the organization and ensuring successful project execution

* Lead, mentor and develop Associate level talent within the Strategy team

We're excited about you because…

* You have a Bachelor's degree [MBA strongly preferred], with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical role

* You have a proven ability to conduct analysis to solve complex business problems

* You enjoy working cross-functionally and can work independently with minimal supervision

* You have strong written and oral communication skills and are an expert in Powerpoint and Excel

* You are a focused, organized, and results driven individual

* You have a strong interest and passion for retail and eCommerce industry [prior retail experience is highly desirable]
