Senior Manager of Partner Management

Location: San Francisco, CA

The Business Development team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead strategy and relationships with our 35+ digital health ecosystem partners, as well as to prioritize and manage adding new partners to the ecosystem. Additionally, this role will partner with our Sales Team as a subject matter expert in the digital health landscape, working consultatively with our enterprise customers through the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have a background in large-scale partner relationship management. They will have demonstrated success in identifying, managing, and driving the success of external relationships to add value and growth to key business opportunities. Supporting the Castlight mission and culture are key capabilities for this function.

Responsibilities:

* Setting and tracking partner health metrics and goals, including partner NPS scores

* Hold regular strategy review sessions with all digital health ecosystem partners to define and deliver on the value of the ecosystem

* Manage and resolve partner and customer escalations relating to ecosystem partners, including working directly with VP-level and above internal, partner, and enterprise customer contacts as they arise

* Own reseller contracting and legal workstreams with all partners, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Deal Desk, Rev Ops, Legal, and Finance

* Manage cross-functional projects to achieve business goals, including working with marketing teams, product, and other key internal stakeholders

* Operate as a digital health ecosystem sales SME by leading ecosystem workshops and using a data-driven sales approach

* Maintain and regularly update Castlight's perspective on digital health category maps for existing ecosystem categories by discovering and evaluating new vendors in digital health

* Lead ecosystem sales initiatives, including discounted pricing campaigns, bundle strategies, and channel distributions

* Work with product marketing to maintain a source of truth for our digital health partner portfolio, including internal product functionality to support the ecosystem

Travel: 30%

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of client/partner account management (at senior level)

* Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written

* Ability to engage interpersonally with all levels of an organization and to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure

* Strong project management skills, process-driven mindset, and analytical thinker

* Strong relationship management skills

* High level of comfort with fast-paced environments

* Strong understanding of SaaS business model

* Preferred sales and/or solution consulting experience

* Preferred healthcare experience in the digital health space

* BA/BS Degree
