Are you interested in setting other Relics up for success?

The New Relic Global Enablement team is looking for a hardworking, highly motivated Onboarding Coach to drive the Go To Market (GTM) New Hire On-boarding Program. This program focuses on accelerating “time-to-productivity” for revenue-impacting members of the GTM organization.

You will be an integral part of the broader six-month Onboarding initiative, responsible for developing the capabilities of our sales new hires in alignment with our Capability Map for their first 12 weeks in the role. Afterward, new hires will transition to their first-line managers as primary support for ongoing mentorship.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft an Individual Development Plan for each new hire based on the program template
  • Drive accountability by ensuring new hires stay on track with their onboarding activities
  • Support new hires with curated enablement content
  • Help new hires learn and certify on product and market knowledge
  • Assist multiple new hires at the same time
  • Collaborate with the New Hire’s Sales management team and report on new hires’ progress
  • Support the feedback loop that drives improvements and program efficiency
  • Be the subject matter authority on all New Relic sales methodologies and frameworks

Your Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Experience achieving quota-carrying responsibilities (prefer 5 years total, 2 years at New Relic)
  • Proficient in sales best practices
  • Familiarity with internal New Relic sales process
  • Alignment to our company culture and core values
  • Experience in SaaS sales

This role will suit an existing member of the GTM org who has the tribal knowledge, interest in developing others, and being part of a pivotal initiative to support our company growth objectives. This program is supported at the highest level of the organization and is recognized as key to the success of our business.
