Sales Development Representative

* Support two sales executives through maintenance of email, calendars, phone, and the

* Perform outbound sales calls to set meeting for sales executives

* Organize your daily call plan to hit your meetings set goal for the day, week, and month

* Research accounts to understand the needs of customers, speak to their pain and generate interest

* Meet or exceed activity metrics for calls, appointments set, opportunities added, and prospecting

* Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize end-to-end lead management


* Bachelors Degree

* Excellent spoken communicator who is extroverted and eager to jump on the phone

* Strong autonomy over your own work cadence, and relentless persistence to follow-up with your targets

* Top 10% written communications skills, and ability to bridge between formal and informal professional communication

* Ability to work collaboratively on your team, and across the company

* Meticulous organization and time management skills

* Outstanding attention to detail

This is a full time position at our headquarters in San Francisco, California.

This is an hourly position offering 40 hours per week, starting at $20/hour. You will be eligible for additional bonus compensation based on overall performance of the sales executives you are paired with.
