Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a someone who is proactive, detail oriented to a fault, and self-motivated to help our Recruiting team scale. As a Recruiting Coordinator at LiveRamp, you will schedule all interviews while rolling out a new scheduling automation process. You will champion the candidate experience and eventually take on other projects to raise the bar of who we hire at LiveRamp.


* Schedule interviews, book travel arrangements for candidates, facilitate onsite interviews, process expense reports and ensure candidates have an overall amazing experience in every step of our process.

* Interface with and be a trusted resource for hiring managers and recruiters; drive prioritization in juggling requests from different client groups.

* Establish and improve processes and operations for the recruiting team.

* Review and post job descriptions to job boards.

* Schedule recruiting events for Hiring Managers.

* Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates and Hiring Managers on recruiting status.

* Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status reports.

* Coordinate scheduling of post-interview internal debrief meetings.

* Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

* Assist in the coordination of other Recruiting and HR activities as needed.

* Contribute to building a great company!


* One year recruiting coordinator experience.

* Experience working with coordinating for fast-paced teams and driving change.

* Organized to a fault. You organize for a general sense of peace and calm, not just because you have to, and you stress the little things when it comes to paying attention to detail.

* Excellent writing and communication skills. You will be in constant communication with hundreds of candidates weekly on email, over the phone, and in person.

* You consider yourself to be quite tech-savvy. You can pick up new technologies very easily.

* You embrace change with a great attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity.

* Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions).


* Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS

* Experience with Google suite

* Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
