Program Operations Manager, Cisco

Overview

As the Program Operations Manager you will maintain the program certifications, marketing programs, portals and Lifecycle programs) between FusionStorm and Cisco and to collaborate with the internal organization to enhance sales and our relationship with Cisco.

Responsibilities

* Maintain the Cisco Programs and Partner Portals for FusionStorm:

* Cisco and all supporting Specializations/Certifications

* Cisco Marketing Central / Partner Plus & JMF funding & portals

* Cisco VIP Back end Rebate Programs

* Grow the Cisco Software Lifecycle Service program

* Assists Technical Marketing Director in field relations for all FusionStorm Regions.

* Assists Technical Marketing Director with Cisco Audit and Specializations compliance issues.

* Teams with Technical Marketing Director & FusionStorm marketing to develop joint marketing programs.

* Develop & maintain relationships with in-country distributors to ensure smooth transactions for our Account Managers in our global business environment.

* Manage the tracking and reporting of MDF and co-op funds.

* Submit claims for Cisco.

* Work with Lead Generation Analyst and Online Marketing Manager to track and report on data

* Assist in the process of ensuring expenses are paid in a timely matter.

* Collect and provide proof of performance information.

* Provide regular reporting on invoicing, sales backlog and aging to sales management.

* Track FusionStorm's Sales vs. targets for the focus vendor

* Engage with the FusionStorm Account Teams to support active sales campaigns for the focus vendor.

* Understand and abide by all security practices and policies.

* Engineering Certifications and Partner Compliance are up-to-date.

* Embrace and support FusionStorm's mission and core values.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* 1+ years of experience in a sales, sales-related, marketing or customer service role.

* Technology background or experience is preferred

* Experience with Cisco partner programs a plus

* Legally eligible to work in the United States

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with outstanding interpersonal skills.

* Keen ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work.

* Ability to problem-solve.

* Must be highly organized.

* Professional self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively with others.

* Ability to exercise discretion and personal judgment.

* Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, and the Internet.

* Ability to travel to meetings. Must have a valid Driver's License.
