New Relic is looking for a Field Program Manager, to be a key member of our Customer Solutions Group (CSG) strategy and operations team within the Expert Services team. You will be tasked with ensuring the correct structure, processes, people, systems, resources, support, and communication are in place to help us deliver on company and group goals. This will include leading projects and initiatives focused on enabling action, accountability and efficient execution across the Expert Services team. This role will report to the Director of CSG Strategy & Operations.

You are business-minded and passionate about the potential of guiding multiple teams across the Customer Solutions Group toward achieving a common goal and using your expertise in managing projects to transform our business.

Some of the things you will be responsible for:

* Establishing and managing projects and programs that align our field teams with the strategic direction of the group and organization

* Collaborating with stakeholders to build support across teams for common initiatives and ensuring open consistent communication.

* Streamlining internal processes, policies and procedures - Work with field teams to clearly define and communicate to internal teams. Create feedback channels and reviews to enable iteration and improvements of processes.

* Maintaining documentation for group processes and procedures

* Produce accurate and timely reporting of project/program status, risk, and accomplishments, throughout its life cycle.

* Representing the Expert Services business requirements in key cross-departmental projects and initiatives.

The right candidate has many of the following:

* 7+ years of relevant work experience preferably with a professional IT services company or SaaS software provider in Professional Services or similar technical services type organizations.

* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

* The ability to influence and drive projects to completion.

* Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across management and field teams.

* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Experience successfully managing large, complex, global projects to completion

* Strong ability to align business strategy with processes

* Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high-growth, dynamic environment

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
