Product Manager - Applications

OVERVIEW:
The Product Manager is responsible for driving the vision, roadmap and execution of key product areas of Cleo throughout the product development lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product requirements across various stakeholders (end users, internal users, sales, marketing, and others), defining product specifications, working closely with design and engineering to define and build solutions. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

In this position you will be responsible for all aspects of Cleo’s flagship Mobile App from day to day execution as well as setting vision and strategy with leadership and other teams. You will be responsible to ensure that we deliver a best in class product and experience that serves Cleo Families and grows with it. You will work very closely with designers, engineers as well as be responsible for user testing and customer feedback. Being able to show data driven results and ensuring that we are effectively measuring success would also be an important part of this position. 

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the full product process for each feature they are responsible for
  • Work with stakeholders inside and outside the business to gather product requirements
  • Deliver product specifications and build alignment around goals and outcomes
  • Collaborate with product designers to ensure we build the best solution for the problem
  • Ensure engineers understand the scope of a product and verify that their work matches the planned solution
  • Run user research and beta/pilot programs as necessary
  • Be analytical and be able to design and deliver key KPI’s for each aspect of the product
  • Be an expert on competitors and product best practices
  • Act as a leader within the company

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with engineers
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Data Driven or worked with data for feature development
