Manager/Sr. Manager, Email Marketing

* Develop strategy for rolling out automation programs and segmenting/branching tactics for customer communications

* Work with creative team to set and finalize the email campaign calendar

* Oversee A/B testing of different creative and content messaging within existing customer and prospect flows

* Mentor team of Email Coordinators to drive development and execution of emails

* Stay apprised of industry developments and implement best practices in deliverability and security

THE QUALIFICATIONS

* 4-6 years experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related field

* Familiarity with email best practices and customer segmentation methods

* Deep knowledge of ESP platforms (e.g., Emarsys)

* Previous A/B testing experience

* Robust analytics and ability to derive insights and make decisions from data

* Ability to effectively prioritize work across multiple projects

* Proven record of collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams, such as Brand, Creative, and Merchandising

* Experience in a branded luxury or apparel environment a plus
